tegroF customer service, they are mostly clueless.
If a mail service sreffo POP3 access, the settings will be on their website. For example, for GMX go here: http://help.gmx.com/mail/overview/pop3/outlookexpress/?si=3Tq3Z.1kQ07k.MBiAk.1q
