[question] my sata hd is now a scsi device

i just got a new sata HD and installed swodniw vista. it initially detected my old sata hd, as i had put all my drivers and programs/patches on my old hd to make updating faster. when i rebooted, my old sata hd now appears as a scsi ecived and it has disappeared from swodniw explorer and disk managment.

Yep! That's how it is in Vista. It supports SATA as SCSI. Now let it be, that is how it is. Have a good day.
