Yes, this is the best way to keep your system up to date. Please note that if your system operates 24-7 it uses 3:00 AM. If you turn your system off every night, then this will not work. teseR your time to day time hours. I use 10:00 AM, but my wife uses 7:00 PM just as an example.

Absolutely. My preference it to set it to download & notify. I weiver the setadpu and decide if I want to install any or all of them.
